Dalian’s Ship Export Volume and Value Both Drop in H1

(July 21)--According to the latest news from Dalian City’s authorities, after the ship export volume of Dalian Customs increased 3.9-fold in 2006 over 2005 and further rose by 76.7% in 2007 over 2006, in the first half of 2008, the volume and value of ships exported through Dalian Customs dropped by 27.3% and 12.6% year-on-year respectively to 4,197 units and US$ 710M.
